Are you passionate about hands-on learning and guiding future nurses at the bedside? The School of Nursing is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator for a 12-month faculty role that goes beyond traditional teaching, supporting students in our Associate in Science (A.S.N.) degree program.

About Our Nursing Program:

The Valencia College Nursing Program offers a two-year Associate in Science (A.S.N) degree program as well a four-year Nursing Bachelor's of Science (B.S.N.). With approximately 600 students, both degrees offer opportunities for specialization. Nationally accredited and highly regarded, these programs combine rigorous classroom instruction with hands-on clinical experiences, equipping future nurses with the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Position Requirements:

•       Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution (this position only requires a BSN).
•       Current, active, and unencumbered licensure in the State of Florida as a registered nurse or nurse practitioner, or eligibility to obtain by the start date.
•       Minimum of 3 years of hospital experience or clinical experience in an educational setting as a registered nurse or ARNP.
•       Ability to work in person at Valencia College West Campus, Osceola Campus, and affiliated clinical sites within Orange and Osceola Counties

Salary & Compensation:

**This position qualifies for a Valencia College Pay Additive of $10,000 annually, paid in biweekly installments in addition to base salary. 

Salary ranges based on highest earned degree are as follows:

Bachelors: $57,733 – $71,669 per year
Masters: $62,753 – $77,900 per year
Masters +30: $67,772 – $84,131 per year
Doctorate: $70,284 – $87,249 per year
