Envision is currently seeking a qualified CRNA for an opportunity at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital.

Highlights of this opportunity include:

• Robust compensation, comprehensive benefits package and $100K Start Date Bonus
• Starting compensation up $230k plus start date bonus, annual retention bonuses, premium pay for call and extra shifts!
• Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 9 Anesthesiologists and 26 CRNAs
• Adult case mix includes adult General, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, OB, Robotics, IR, Endo, GI, Vascular and Pediatrics. No cardiac and no trauma
• Pediatric cases include general, ENT, Ortho, Urology, Endo
• CRNA's do a-lines, SABs, and epidurals
• Offering a schedule of either 13's or 10's
• 2024 Annual Case count approximately 9,700
• Outstanding culture within the group and amongst the hospital staff
• Additional training available in OB and Pediatrics if desired

Facility Information

HCA Florida Palms West Hospital is a 204-bed acute care, teaching facility which offers a wide variety of specialty service lines, including a Pediatric ER and comprehensive Children's Hospital and an AGME-accredited Pediatric Residency Program. The hospital is undergoing a $22 million dollar operating room expansion and will be breaking ground in the Fall of 2024 on an $80 million dollar patient tower, including a 36-bed post-surgical unit.

Surgical services at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital has a dedicated team made up of experienced surgeons, anesthesiologists and CRNAs, highly trained nurses, surgical technicians, pre-operative, and recovery room nurses - all working together to provide excellent care and personalized services to our patients and their families. With an impressive turnover time consistently below 40 minutes, patients receive the surgical treatments they need quickly and efficiently, lowering the risk of infection.
