Balanced Physician Care, an established, physician-owned Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice located in Jacksonville Beach, FL, is seeking a Family Medicine or Medicine-Pediatrics Physician.  Our doors opened in February 2016.  

2026 graduating residents are encouraged to apply.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Competitive base salary + panel growth bonus
No RVUs. No insurance billing.
Extended visits with a focus on meaningful care
Typical volume: 10–14 patients per day
Opportunity to incorporate integrative and/or functional medicine
SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday clinic schedule
No weekend clinic hours
Shared, low-volume call
PRACTICE MODEL

Balanced Physician Care operates under a Direct Primary Care model, empowering physicians to:

Maintain smaller, manageable patient panels
Spend more time with each patient
Build long-term, relationship-based care
Practice medicine with clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden
IDEAL CANDIDATE

Interest or training in integrative and/or functional medicine preferred
Brings a compassionate, relationship-centered approach to care
Strong communication and customer service skills
Passion for relationship-driven, patient-centered care
Values accessibility, continuity, and thoughtful care planning
Thrives in a collaborative, small-practice environment
Experience in placing iVs preferred but not required
