Growing together.As a Lead Physical Therapist you will be responsible for the evaluation, planning, and directing of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician.
Schedule: This full time, exempt position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week.
About the Facility: Parrish Medical Center (PMC) is a public, not-for-profit acute care healing hospital with 210 beds located on the Space Coast of Florida. About the Rehabilitation Department: core hours are Monday-Sunday from 7:00am-4:00pm and as needed to support acute care hospital rehab staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Participate in operational aspects of the department
- Maintain performance improvement activities within the department
- Participate in CQI activities

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited College or School of Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in applicable state
- (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
- (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity 
 Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- (Flu) Influenza-acceptance or declination for hires between Oct 1st-April 30th
- Respirator FIT Mask Test - Onsite
- Color test
- COVID vaccination (required)
Preferred Qualification:
- Masters's degree
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
