Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
3–5 years of finance, analytics, or accounting experience (any industry)
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Provider compensation or healthcare experiencea plus, not required

Manager of Finance & Provider Compensation
(Medical Group / Ambulatory Services)
Position Summary
The Manager of Finance & Provider Compensation supports financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and compensation administration for a multi-site medical group. This role is hands-on and analytical, well-suited for a finance professional with strong fundamentals who is interested in applying those skills within a healthcare environment.
Prior healthcare or provider compensation experience isnot required.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and routine financial reports
Perform variance analysis and trend analysis to support operational planning
Build and maintain financial models related to staffing, productivity, and growth
Assist leaders and managers with financial data and interpretation
Provider Compensation Support
Support administration and tracking of provider compensation plans
Prepare productivity and incentive reports
Assist with benchmarking and market analyses
Respond to routine compensation-related questions and data requests
Data Management & Tools
Maintain financial and compensation datasets and reporting tools
Ensure data accuracy across financial, payroll, and productivity systems
Support system enhancements and process improvements
Collaboration & Development
Partner with Operations, HR, and Payroll on financial and compensation-related activities
Document processes and contribute to standardization efforts
Develop deeper knowledge of provider compensation and healthcare finance over time
