Registered Nurse candidates for the Emergency Room Float Pool will have the following job responsibilities:

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
\n
• Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
\n
• Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Registered Nurse candidates for the Emergency Room Float Pool must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
\n

\n
• 2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care ER RN experience within unit required
\n
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
\n
• Current BLS required
\n
• Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
\n
• BSN is preferred
\n

\n

\n
Float Rates:
\n
ER: $45 flat rate
\n
Sign ON: $15k Relo: Case By Case
\n
Shift Differentials: $3 Nights and $2 weekends

Rate: USD $93,600 to $93,600

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Registered Nurse Florida state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Registered Nurse program
• One year of work experience as Registered Nurse
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
