Summary: Manages operations of the billing area and ancillary services such as cash control/posting within the Central Business Office (CBO) in order to ensure areas of responsibility are managed both efficiently and effectively. Serves as project manager for assigned tasks related to CBO operations. Works to resolve issues to ensure prompt billing of claims, timely and accurate cash posting, balancing and reconciliation in adherence to policies and procedures, and compliance regulations.
Requirements
Education: Essential: * Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program.
Experience: * Five years of related experience with Central Business Office responsibilities and leadership. * Must have hospital billing experience.
