Internal Medicine Physician – Executive Health & Concierge Primary Care

A nationally recognized leader in preventive and executive medicine, is opening a new Longevity Center in Miami and seeking a founding Internal Medicine physician to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to practice true preventive medicine with unrushed visits, advanced diagnostics on-site, and an exceptional work–life balance.
Position Highlights
Founding physician for new Miami executive health & concierge primary care center.
3 executive physicals per day (max) plus a small concierge primary care panel (~100–200 patients).
Fully equipped on-site facility with full lab, CT, MRI, and advanced imaging for same-day workups.
Monday–Friday schedule, approximately 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; no nights, weekends, or holidays.
High-end C-suite and entrepreneurial patient population seeking comprehensive, preventive care.
Compensation & Benefits
Lucrative Base salary
Monthly bonus per concierge primary care patient, per year,
Established earnings exceed 90th percentile MGMA
W-2 employed position with full health (medical, dental, vision), malpractice (including tail under most circumstances), 401(k) with 3% match, PTO plus additional paid “staff appreciation days.”
Ideal Candidate
Board-certified in Internal Medicine
Approximately 5+ years of post-training experience in private practice.
Strong, evidence-based clinical approach with a passion for prevention and lifestyle medicine.
Excellent communication skills and comfort spending 1.5–2 hours of direct time with each patient.
Entrepreneurial, polished, and comfortable with community and corporate outreach; Spanish–English bilingual highly preferred.
