We are seeking a skilled and experienced physician to join our team as Hospitalist Medical Director. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the hospitalist program within our medical group, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. As the Medical Director, you will collaborate with the hospital administration, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes, enhance patient experience, and drive operational efficiency. You will also be involved in mentoring and guiding hospitalist physicians, providing clinical expertise, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as a hospitalist physician
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
