Home Physicians Group is seeking a Podiatrist practicing in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Independent Living facilities for a Provider run group in Central Florida. This position will deliver Podiatric care across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Home-bound patients throughout Central FL; The hope is to manage and grow patient panel; build and maintain strong facility relationships and coordinate with facility staff and care teams on resident foot and wound care.

We are a large practice with over 30 practitioners that serve the skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and our homebound patients in the comfort of their home in 14 counties.
